I gave The Way You Hold Me four stars, really enjoying Skye and Garrett’s relationship. I absolutely fell in love with their chemistry and just felt amazed but how strong their romance was even the second time around. They worked really well and the fact that even though they were ex-lovers, they were really civil with each other and weren’t aggressive. They both knew that they still had feelings for each other and that no matter what, they couldn’t possibly hate each other.

What I liked was that Skye and Garrett acted really rationally and not immaturely. I’m a huge fan of second chance romance and I was so glad to see that they both knew that no one was in the wrong. Even though Skye blamed herself for certain situations, Garrett was really understanding and never once forced her to talk or do anything. Garrett was beyond fantastic.

I fell in love with Skye and Garrett and I can’t wait to read Elle Wright’s third book!
