My name is Veronica but I also go by my blog name, Honey Roselea Reads. I write book reviews here on this blog and formerly wrote other categories like beauty, sustainability from my school days, and more.

I also have a Youtube Channel where I talk about my love for books and my self-publishing journey, weekly since May 2020. I started posting after I found that I wanted to broaden my horizons and connect with more people who love books as well. The Book Youtube (Booktube) community is a wonderful community and I have slowly become friends with different people and share different books with each other.

Some Random Facts About Me:
— One of my all-time favorite books is The Princess Bride by William Goldman, but I have many favorite books.
— My favorite fiction genres to read are romance, fantasy, historical fiction, and thriller, but I will always explore other genres if someone recommends me a good book.
— My favorite nonfiction genres to read are history, science, nature, true crime, and climate change related.
— I rescued my two cats Olive and Zoe (both males) in 2021 and they are my constant companions and sweethearts. But also troublemakers.
— My favorite movie is The Little Mermaid.
— My favorite TV Show is Brooklyn Nine-Nine and my childhood favorite is Home Improvement.
— I played the trumpet in middle school and high school and absolutely love listening to classical music where the trumpet section shines.
— On my free time I love to read, write, play games, and watch movies and TV shows.
